    ✓ PDF File is IEEE Xplore Compliant
    ✓ Clears IEEE plagiarism check (Ok if similarity percent is under 30%)

  3. The standard of English is satisfactory

How to Prepare & Format Your Paper

Please follow strictly the given IEEM 2023 Paper Template
Note: Standard paper length is 5 pages and no author may exceed 8 pages (additional fee applies for > 5 pages, reference page(s) included)

NOTE: Your PDF file MUST NOT INCLUDE PAPER ID, PAGE NUMBER, & CONFERENCE NAME

The paper must be submitted in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). The PDF file must pass the compatibility test in the IEEE PDF eXpressTM. Your paper cannot be included in the proceedings if it fails the compatibility test. IEEE PDF eXpressTM allows you to convert your Word, LaTeX, or range of other source files into IEEE XploreTM compatible files (preferred option). You may also use PDF eXpressTM to check your own PDF files for compatibility.

2.1 After creating your final paper using the given IEEM 2023 Paper Template go to the IEEE PDF eXpressTM website at https://ieee-pdf-express.org
2.2 Click on 'New User' option to create your own IEEE PDF eXpressTM account.

2.3 Upload source file(s) for Conversion and/or PDF(s) for checking. The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
2.4 Proofread the PDF file generated thoroughly. There could be missing symbols, equations, graphs and also errors reported. Please re-prepare the source file and repeat the conversion again. If problem persists, please use the online help provided in the IEEE PDF eXpressTM site.

CAUTION: Until your PDF file is IEEE Xplore-compatible, DO NOT go to Step 3 below. Only IEEE Xplore-compatible papers can be published. If you have more than one paper, please be sure to submit each paper separately.

3.1 Log into IEEM2023 Portal using your user account. Go to “My Submissions” to submit your final paper (Source File (Word) and PDF File).
3.2 If applicable, update your author list, the paper title, your affiliation and the abstract. To update/correct your name and affiliation you can do your editing at “My Profile”. The final program and conference proceedings will be prepared according to information that you provide here.
3.3 Sign the IEEE Copyright Transfer Form electronically. Upon submission of the IEEE Copyright Form, you should receive a confirmation e-mail from IEEE with an attached Copyright Receipt (PDF File).
