1. POLICIES

1.1 Important Notes to Authors/Presenters
  1. 30 September 2023 is presenter registration deadline.
  2. 15 October 2023 – delete from program any presentation not covered by a paid fee.
  3. It is expected that at least one author presents the accepted paper.
  4. Per IEEM no-show policy, the organizer reserves the right to exclude any unpresented papers from the proceedings to IEEE Xplore.
1.2 Terms & Conditions
  1. Membership ID must be provided if you select “Member Category”.
  2. Each paid fee covers the presentation of ONE Accepted Abstract or Paper Only.
  3. Extra fee is payable for each additional presentation. The limit is 3 presentations maximum per author presenter.
  4. Extra fee is payable if a paper is more than 5 pages long. No paper may exceed 8 pages (Reference page(s) included).
  5. Authors are expected to register and attend the conference. Only camera-ready manuscripts that are IEEE Xplore® compliant can be included in the conference proceedings. Please note that this is not an undertaking by the organizers that accepted papers will appear on IEEE Xplore® and be indexed on the EI Compendex. Indexing decision is made by the organization(s) concerned.
  6. Participation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the online registration form and fee payment.
  7. Paid fees are not refundable. If you are unable to attend the conference, we welcome a substitute presenter attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least 14 days prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full.

2. HOW TO REGISTER (OPENS AUG/SEP 2023)

2.1 Current Users – Individuals with an existing account in the IEEM online portal.
  1. Log-in with your email and password here: https://ieem.meetmatt-svr.net
  2. Click on “Meeting Registration” on the left menu and follow the online instructions to complete your registration and fee payment.
2.2 New Users – Individuals who have never been to the IEEM online portal before and initiating their first session.

  2. Log-in with your email and password here: https://ieem.meetmatt-svr.net.
  3. Click on “Meeting Registration” on the left menu and follow the online instructions to complete your registration and fee payment

3. PAYMENT METHOD – CHOOSE ONE ONLY
ALL PAYMENTS TO "Meeting Matters International Pte Ltd" which is the conference management company for IEEM2023.
Singapore Dollar is the official currency for the conference.

3.1 Card Payment
  1. Accepted Cards: MasterCard, Visa, UnionPay, Diners Club, JCB, Amex
  2. For securing Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions against fraud, Visa and Master Cards are required to be 3D Secure enabled or payment requests will be declined. If your credit card is not 3D Secure enabled, please get in touch with your card issuer/bank to request for it to be enabled.
3.2 Digital Wallet & Mobile Payment

  2. PayNow, Shopee Pay & GrabPay supports Singapore Only Payments
3.3 All Other Payment Methods
  1. Cash & Bank Transfer
  2. Deadline for Bank Transfer is 30 November 2023.
  3. Please note SGD 90.00 Platform Fee applies.
  4. All bank charges are borne by remitter (ordering customer).
  5. Bank Document must include conference name (IEEM2023), registrant name and ID.
  6. Upon completion of the transfer, please email your bank document to the Secretariat at info@ieem.org for tracking purposes.
